Paper Title
Experimental Investigation of Concrete from Environmental Effects using FRP Laminates

Abstract
The exceptional durability of Portland cement concrete is a major reason why it is the world’s most widely used construction material. But material limitations, design and construction practices, and severe exposure conditions can cause concrete to deteriorate, which may result in aesthetic, functional, or structural problems. Concrete can deteriorate for a variety of reasons, and concrete damage is often the result of a combination of factor. The concrete is commonly failed due to various reasons like structural and non structural. These are the main reason for the deterioration of buildings. These can be rehabilitated by many methods, in this paper combine the results with laminates and without laminates. Here concrete prisms were casted. They were externally strengthened with the help of FRP laminates using epoxy resin and hardener. The effect of this on ultimate load carrying capacity, compressive strength and flexural strength will be examined and as the results laminated concrete give more strengthen damaged concrete. This method can successfully adopt for repair and retrofitting of concrete structures. Keywords - FRP laminates, externally strengthened, retrofitting of concrete
