Paper Title
Use of Fe3O4@SiO2@NMDG to Remove PB (II) Ions from Aqueous Solution

Abstract
In this work, a new magnetic silica N-methyl-D-glucamine (NMDG) nano adsorbent (Fe3O4@SiO2@NMDG) was prepared with N-methyl-D-glucamine (NMDG) and Fe3O4. The synthesized Fe3O4@SiO2@NMDG was characterized by using FT-IR, DLS, VSM, and SEM techniques. The applicability of Fe3O4@SiO2@NMDG for removing of Pb (II) ions from aqueous solutions was evaluated, and the influential parameters such as initial concentration Pb (II) ions, initial solution pH, contact time and Fe3O4@SiO2@NMDG dosage on the adsorption process were investigated. The Fe3O4@SiO2@NMDG was able to remove 72% of Pb (II) ions from aqueous solutions. It has been found that Fe3O4@ Si02NMDG adsorbent can be effectively used to remove Pb (II) ions from aqueous solutions. Keywords - Magnetic adsorbent, Adsorption of heavy metal ,Pollution, Metal İons
