Paper Title
Use of Brucella Recombinant Proteins in Differentiating Infected from Vaccinated Cattle

Abstract
In this study the reactivity of the recombinant outer membrane (rOmp19, rOmp25, rOmp31) and periplasmic proteins (rBP26, rSOD) in serum samples, taken from cows that is kept in Brucella-contaminated and brucellosis free farms where B. abortus S19 vaccine had been used for immunization, was tested. The results showed that vaccinated cattle from brucellosis free herd could develop an antibody response to Brucella rOmps and rBP26. It was found that the rSOD provided the most reliable differentiation infected from vaccinated animals.
