Abstract : Water quality, chemical, physical, and biological characteristics of water, is one of the crucial factors that are
relevant to human health and the environment. The ATP test measures the amount of adenosine triphosphate indicate the
growth and presence of the microorganisms in water can be used to indicate the quality of water. However, there are many
limitations. In this research, we aimed to study the factors that can affect the quality of water results by ATP test as well as the
application of ATP test to measure water quality in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
