Abstract : Abstract – Electro catalytic CO2 reduction in environmental conditions has provided a promising way to use renewable electricity for delocalized energy storage and chemical production. For an efficient CO2 recovery process, it is necessary to create a highly efficient and stable catalyst. In this work, we propose a simple approach to the reduction of carbon dioxide using a new composite material, including catalytically active copper nano particles and carbon aerogel. Keywords - Carbon nano fiber, Carbon aerogel, CO2 reduction, Electrochemical measurements, Composite materials.
