Abstract : Abstract - For gains production especially rice yield against weeds, structure and mechanism of genes possessing broad spectrum herbicide resistance is vital to be study. Herein, we analyzed HIS1 genes from rice with its homologous genes, predicted the monomer structure, purified uniformed proteins by prokaryotic expression system and screened crystal conditions for co-crystal.
