Abstract : The innovation-driven development theory might help to build an innovative knowledge service ecosystem of
think tanks. This paper proposes a conceptual model of the innovation-driven knowledge service ecosystem of think tanks
based on a literature review. The model’s elements are derived from ecosystem theory, while the knowledge service
ecosystem model of think tanks is constructed by applying innovation-driven development theory. The construction of the
model not only provides a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of knowledge services of think tanks, but it
also provides a new perspective to researchers interested in innovation at knowledge services of think tanks.
