Abstract : Game theory has become a vital tool in the study of Organizational Psychology with diverse factors, often with varying intents. This paper contemplate the applications of game theory to Organizational Safety Psychological analysis and outlines game-theoretic concepts that have prospective application. This paper canvass the non- cooperative game theory into static settings. Circumspect regard has bee given to techniques for revealing the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium in non-cooperative games.
