Abstract : Agro-nanotechnology holds the promise of controlled release of agrochemicals and site targeted delivery to improve efficient nutrient utilization and enhanced plant growth. In this experiment, the effect of various concentrations of biologic Nano-fertilizer especial for ornamental plants and its application method (drench and leaf spray) on some quantity and quality growth indexes of box tree (Buxus hyrcana Pojark.) were evaluated. These experiments were carried out as factorial based on a randomized complete block design in four replications. Treatments were biologic Nano-fertilizer especial for ornamental plants in concentrations of 0.00, 0.60, 1.20, 1.80, 2.40 and 3.00 g per pot as drench and 0.00, 1.00, 2.00, 3.00, 4.00 and 5.00 g l-1 as leaf spray. Maximum node number (19.33), root length (6.83 cm), leaf number (133.30) and proliferation rate (133.53) were obtained in plants treated with 3.00 g pot-1 drench + 2.00 g l-1 spray of Nano-fertilizer especial for ornamental plants. Shoot number (8.63), root number (7.63) and root volume (163.00 ml) were suitable in this treatment compared to the many other treatments and control. Plant height (38.10 cm) was less in this treatment, too. The highest content of leaf N (0.63%) in plants treated with 1.80 g pot-1 drench + 1.00 g l-1 spray, the highest content of P (200.20 ppm) in treatment of 1.80 g pot-1 drench + 2.00 g l-1 spray, the highest content of K (44.88 ppm) in treatment of 2.40 g pot-1 drench + 2.00 g l-1 spray and the highest content of Fe (120.30 ppm) in plants treated with 1.80 g pot-1 drench + 2.00 g l-1 spray of Nano-fertilizer were obtained. Totally among 36 treatments, 3.00 g pot-1 drench + 2.00 g l-1 spray, also 1.80 g pot-1 drench + 2.00 g l-1 spray of Nano-fertilizer especial for ornamental plants introduces as a good treatment for proliferation of Buxus hyrcana Pojark. The highest and lowest concentrations of this Nano-fertilizer were no good. Keywords- Soilless culture, Fertilization, Ornamental plants, Vegetative and flowering growth.
