Abstract : Color less polymer have been observed in polymerization of acrylic acid, benzoyl peroxide with initiator N, N-
dimethyl aniline in a glass tube. Front velocity depends upon the initial concentration of benzoyl peroxide, temperature, N,
N-dimethyl aniline and tube diameter. Front velocity is found to be inhibited by hydroquinone.
