Abstract : A Novel series of 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole derivatives of 5-amino-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbohydrazide have been synthesized, characterized and evaluated for anticancer activity. All the structure of newly synthesized compounds have been evaluated and identified by IR, 1H NMR spectral analysis. Synthesized compounds are tested for in vitro Anticancer Activity, three synthesized 1,3,4-oxadiazole compounds had shown promising anticancer activity by 2D assay against breast and prostate cancer cell line DU-145, MDAMB 231 and T47D when compared with the standard drug like Cisplatin and Sunitinib. Keywords - 1, 3, 4-Oxadiazole, 5-Amino pyrazole, 4-Carbohydrazide, anticancer activity, breast/Prostate cancer cell line.
