Abstract : The paper presents the development of colors sorting machine using Omron E3FA DN12 Color Sensor. In this works, the detail implementation of color sorting machine functions with the help of programmable logic controller system (PLC). At first, we developed the PLC programme for the implementation. And then, the hardware system of circuit function is important for system implementation. The interfacing is very important between software and hardware components. According to the simulation results on implementation of the system, we confirm that the proposed work could be utilized in modern industries.
