Abstract : The colour mixing process is very important in various industries, such asthe food and beverage industry, chemical industry, paint industry, etc. However, this is still being done manually in a lot of the industries. This leads to many manmade errors, leading to lower quality, accuracy and efficiency. This paper aims to eradicate all of that through the use of SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition). Through the SCADA simulation, one can successfully implement the same model in the real world using a PLC (programmable logic controller). The major expectations of such automation systems are that they should have minimal human intervention and be free of human errors with high precision.
