Paper Title
“A Survey of Deep Learning Techniques Used for Lung Cancer Detection and Classification”

Abstract
Lung carcinoma is cancer that starts in lung cells. It is one of the most common and deadly types of carcinomas worldwide. Radiologists process a large amount of data which takes a considerable amount of time before giving a diagnosis. This causes delay in the treatment resulting in decreased survival rates and lesser treatment options. To resolve this issue, early detection of the carcinoma is necessary. Computer Aided Diagnostic systems (CAD) help pre-process the medical image and feed it into machine learning models which not only accelerates the process but also provides better accuracy. The Computer Aided Diagnostic (CAD) system uses various Machine Learning techniques like Deep Learning, Transfer Learning and Ensemble Learning to give accurate results. These techniques are applied on the data set of Computed Tomography (CT) scans. Keywords - Lung Cancer, CT Scans, Deep Learning, Ensemble Learning, Transfer Learning
