<strong>Abstract</strong><br>
Wedeveloped the model of “clinical uncertainty” in assessing the patient's condition based on a laboratory test and
the principles of Quality Management System implementation ofQuantitative Chemiluminescent immunoassay taking into
account differentiated uncertainty factors of laboratory processes. Clinical uncertainty includes the combined uncertainty of
the laboratory measurement process and biologically determined uncertainty of the differentiation of health and pathology.
