Abstract : The purposes of the research were to study the level of importance of the development of border trade points, transportation network, production process connectivity, and national single window that affect the development of economic zone, and to study the relationship of the development of border trade points, transportation network, production process connectivity, and national single window on the development of economic zone. The population of this study included 64, 197 people in Chiang-Kong district, Ching-Rai Province. By utilizing a ransom sampling method, a total of400 sample group was obtained. A Likert five scales questionnaire was developed to be used as research tools. The benefits of this research included the recommendations to develop the special economic zone successfully and be able to use the same model to implement in other situations.
