Abstract : Stress Management as one of the critical elements of Business Management has always played a massive role in a manager’s and individual’s decision making and has undergone a rapid transition in the past few decades. This analytical research paper intends to study and analyze the discipline of Stress Management, the extent of transition it has made in the past few years and the amount of role it plays in the present business environment for any manager or individual.
