Abstract : Every nation strives to accelerate its growth comprehensively. Their current growth status is mapped through the process of ranking. Various institutions rank nations considering a particular set of factors. However, these rankings throw partial light on the wholesome development of a nation. This work focuses on ranking the emerging nations considering a broad spectrum of factors. Thus, multi criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques play an important role in the ranking process. This paper presents a constructive ranking model using Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment of Evaluations (PROMETHEE).
