Abstract : Abstract - Electric vehicle is rapidly taking over the automobile market in order to reduce the carbon emission and greenhouse effect. For travelling, most of the vehicle used are two-wheeler which are powered by petrol commonly but all other fuels have negative impact on the environment therefore we are developing alternative power source to drive vehicle. An electric vehicle is totally or partially depending on electricity. In the upcoming decades internal combustionenginerunvehiclesmaybefullyreplacedbyelectricvehicle.thispaperdesign and fabricate an electric sports vehicle. Electric vehicles have low running costs as they have fewer moving parts for maintaining and also very eco-friendly as they use little or no fossil fuels (petrol or diesel). Use of lithium-ion battery is encouraged in this work, which is of rechargeable type. The chassis is the main part of any vehicle because it holds all components of the vehicle. The chassis dimension is as per a petrol engine sports bike and the strength of chassis is calculated as per the static and dynamic load acting on the vehicle while operating. An estimated cost of fabrication is also shown in this work .Design of chassis and all other part of the vehicle is done using “SOLID WORK” as a designing software and used “ANSYS” for analysis of vehicle. The results are summarized as for efficiency, cost and durability check.
