Abstract : Abstract - This research aims to get the best value of electrical conductivity and tensile strength of hybrid graphite composite. Hybrid graphite composites consist of two different sizes fillers, 150 μm (G-150) graphite as the main conductive filler and 75 μm graphite (G-75) as the second conductive filler. The manufacturing process used is casting with various parameters of curing temperature (110, 130, and 1500C) and curing time (60, 90, and 120 minutes). The results obtained indicate that the best values of electrical conductivity and tensile strength are obtained at curing time and curing temperature of 120 minutes and 1500C. Based on the fracture surfaces of the resulting hybrid graphite composites (G-150/G-75 composites), the incorporation of the smaller size second conductive filler has successfully filled the gaps formed between the larger primary conductive filler. This condition results in fewer voids being formed in the hybrid graphite composites material to increase the electrical conductivity and tensile strength of the resulting hybrid graphite composites.
