Abstract : It is impossible to understate the impact that cloud computing has had not just on businesses but also on end users. The prevalence of software that runs on cloud networks has revolutionized many aspects of people's everyday lives. Cloud computing makes it possible for newly founded businesses as well as more established ones to minimize costs while simultaneously growing their product lines. This may be accomplished without the need to make investments in the appropriate hardware and software or be responsible for its administration. Independent software developers now have the potential to provide their applications and internet services to users all over the globe. Researchers now have the potential to share and analyse data at scales that were previously only available to those researchers working on well-funded programmes. Users of the internet also have easy access to software and storage, which enable them to generate, distribute, and retain digital material in numbers that are substantially larger than the computational capabilities of their individual devices. The widespread distribution of free and open-source software online makes this possible. This research was carried out with the intention of suggesting the use of open- source tools and technologies to enhance record administration and data gathering in educational institutions. This would allow for more efficient and secure data management and access. In order to address financial concerns, security concerns, and flexibility concerns, the study also investigates dynamic hosting and administration using the Digital Ocean interface. Because of this technique, management teams will be able to self-host nocode database systems such as NocoDB. Overall, the purpose of this study is to enhance both the performance and dependability of a previously developed program for record maintenance as well as the user's experience with the application, all while preserving its lightweight but secure design. Keywords - Cloud Computing, Digital Ocean, Open Source No-Code Tools, NocoDB, Cloud Deployment
