Abstract : Abstract - This paper provides the outline of the performance of the implementation of Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) algorithm during the recognition of emotions using eye blinking. Oculesics being one of the major contributing factors in emotion recognition, a minor portion of eye tracking and eye blinking is focused upon to finding out the emotion felt by the person at a given point of time. Portrayal of the implementation of EAR algorithm, performance analysis comparing to the existing system and our proposed idea of perceiving various emotions foreboded by human beings.
