Software and Hardware Integrated Automated Measurement Platform for Electromagnetic Leakage Embedded Systems
Abstract
In the realm of embedded systems, cybersecurity and testing are crucial components, and electromagnetic
information leakage is a significant concern. However, there is limited research on electromagnetic information leakage in the
context of embedded systems. In this study, an automated measurement platform is established to measure a large amount of
Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) data. After processing and standardizing the data, differences in signal strength are
observed for different instructions, frequencies, and positions. Therefore, it is possible to discern different instructions by
analyzing these variables.
