Paper Title
Enhancing Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Navigation: Integrating Sensor Array Technologies for Advanced Positioning Techniques

Abstract
This Autonomous Navigation is a key attribute for operating the AUV in underwater environment as it requires a discrete and simple solution. This is realized using complex network of sensors in the AUV which work in tandem and requires real time data to provide accurate navigation commands to aid the mission specific operation. The Sensors need to be highly reliable and support high data resolution, the Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) and Doppler Velocity Log (DVL) employs array of detectors and data from other few sensors including pressure measurement. This methodology is a simple and effective strategy to compute the positioning and localization measurement of AUV operating underwater. This research instigates the possibility of fusion of these collective data parameters individually while filtering the sensor array data for obtaining the necessary position estimate in order to provide the accurate navigation commands in the underwater environment.
