Effect of Graphene Reinforcement in SIC Ceramic Based Composites: A Short Review

Abstract
The SiC ceramic matrix composites formed by introducing graphene as reinforcement to overcome the limitations of mechanical propertiesto a certain extent. SiC composites reinforced with graphene shows improved mechanical properties with different graphene content. This paper shows the effect of various graphene content in SiC using different routes with enhanced mechanical and structural properties
