Abstract : Admixtures are those ingredients in cconcrete other than Portland cement, water & aggregate that are added to
the mixture immediately before or during mixing. Concrete admixture are used to improve the behaviour of concrete under a
variety of condition & admixture. Admixture may enhance the durability, workability or strength characterstics of a given
concrete mixture. There are many different types of admixture & in this paper mineral admixture has been studied.
