Using RFID I2C Node To Store Sensors Data For Smart Farming Purposes

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is the implement of UHF RFID memory via I2C interface with Micro Controller Unit to read Temperature, Humidity and other meteorology data then store the update data to RFID memory. With the new Generation RFID can be accessed to read data in RFID memory via RF reader and interface with MCU which will send data to output device such as WIFI or Radio Modem in this case using APRS (Automatic Packet Report System) for the long distance Communication Network.
